Eight killed, fifteen injured in Orakzai blast

PESHAWAR: At least 8 people were killed and 15 injured in a blast in Lower Orakzai Agency.

According to the political administration, the blast took place inside a general store located on Headquarter Chowk. Five people present inside the store were killed, while three others succumbed to their injuries later. Several people were critically injured in the blast.

The explosives were planted inside the store and windows of nearby buildings were also shattered by the blast.
