Sam Pitroda is the prime minister's adviser on public information, infrastructure and innovations, while RAC takes care of the process of scientists recruitment for the DRDO.

Why would Algerian hackers care about DRDO?
Most hackers dont care what they hack, they want to get the thrill to hack anything government related. It does not really matter from where it comes from as long as they can damage something
