I think it is the same way for myself. I take the job that pays the most cash, or live the best lifestyle. I thought it mattered as to my career field but it is just a job, not a passion.

I would never work for money, although having money is not bad. I know a few people who have billions of rupees of assets but still do small scale biz because it gives them happiness.

My work should make meaning, and provide me some sense of achievement. It should also enable me to carry out certain desires.

The way business is carried out in India, only the greedy can survive, and this is very demotivating for me. I have to bribe purchase guys in private firms too.

I have made it clear to myself that family and friends will always come first for me..spending valuable time with my family and friends is more important for me than to earn millions and not be able to spend it with my family and friends
