OK, what is a 4D radar? I suppose it doesn't mean it can scan in the past or future?
It can recognize/identify targets on its own-

Kalyani Group India to showcase Garuda-105 105mm ultra-light field gun mounted on Humvee 1002145---Army Recognition

The Defense Company of India, Kalyani group showcased a prototype of its ultra-light mobile 105mm field gun Garuda-105 mounted at the rear of a light tactical vehicle Humvee at the Defence Exhibition of India, Defexpo. The Company wants to place itself as a major player in the artillery business as India opens defence procurement to private players.

Since some few years ago, Kalyani Group has been a regular supplier of many important items like the T-72 road wheels, ready-to-fill ammunition shells and wheel rims & axles. A large amount of this equipment is supplied through other OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).

Chairman of Kalyani Group, Baba N Kalyani says, "Currently, it is less than a per cent of our group's turnover but in 10 years, we should be a major artillery house globally. For this, we first need to get a base in India."

At Defexpo 2014, the 105mm ultra-light field gun Garuda-105 was mounted on a light tactical vehicle Humvee. The Garuda-105 is based on an Indian-made 105mm field gun which incorporates state-of-the-art soft recoil technology and digital fire control.

With a weight of less than one ton, the Garuda-105 can be easily mounted on light all-terrain tactical vehicle to offer maneuverability in mountainous terrain.

This new mobile artillery solution was developed in collaboration with the Mandus group. Mandus Group is a worldwide leader in artillery innovation, logistics, and lifecycle support.

The Garuda105 mounted on HUMVEE light tactical vehicle is a lightweight, modular, high-performance howitzer designed to be integrated with many types of combat transportation.

By utilizing emerging technologies, it will set the standard for light artillery in the areas of firepower, tactical mobility, strategic deployability and command and control.

The Garuda-105 mounted on mobile platform will be a superior alternative to existing weapon systems such as the 106mm Recoilless Rifle, 120mm Mortar, and other 105mm artillery systems due to its low cost precision strike capability.

At DEFEXPO 2014, Indian shipbuilder Goa Shipyard Limited unveiled for the first time a new 75 meters Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) design. According to a Goa shipyard representative, this new OPV which is partially based on the existing 105 meters Saryu class OPV, is mainly intended for the export market.

Goa Shipyard's latest design is 75 meters in length. It is a fully in-house designed project. The vessel is capable of day and night patrolling and policing operations, search and rescue operations. It is capable to accomodate a 5.5 ton helicopter for long range all time surveillance missions.

Fitted with two diesel engines, each driving a controllable pitch propeller through a reduction gear box, the vessel delivers a maximum speed of 25 knots. The range of the vessel is 3000 nautical miles. The vessel is equipped with an integrated Platform Management System and an Integrated Bridge System.

The vessel may be fitted with a 76mm main gun, two 30mm guns on top of the helicopter hangar and other weapons as per clients choice.

Ship main characteristics:
Length overall: 74.80 m
Breadth moulded: 11.50 m
Draft: 3.60 m
Displacement: approx. 1440 tons
Crew: 12 Officers, 52 Sailors
This looks perfect to enter Philippines frigate competition.. Hope the government do something to get these guys into the competition :clobber:

The GRSE and MDL got kicked out of the competition :troll:
