New Delhi: This story of a 'dead' Indian Army jawan can become a perfect storyline for a Bollywood film.

It is an unbelievable story of Armyman Dharamveer Singh, who met with an accident along with two colleagues in 2009. Though the two Army jawans returned back to their base camp after the accident, Singh just disappeared.

As per the norm, the Army declared him dead after three years. The family was immediately given the pension and issued a death certificate.

However, to everyone's surprise, Singh, an Army jawan who was posted with 66 Armoured Regiment, returned home last week.

As per details available, after Dharamveer Singh met with an accident, he lost his memory and wandered on the streets of Haridwar.

However, as it is believed, when God's grace is bestowed on a person, nothing can harm him/her.

Singh, who had completely lost his memory after the 2009 incident, met with another accident when he was hit by a bike.

The biker, a noble man, took him to the hospital for medical treatment. However to everyone's astonishment, when Singh regained conscious, he realised that he had recovered his memory.

After hearing his story, the biker gave him Rs 500 to go back home and re-unite with his family.

Last week, Singh knocked on the doors of his home in Rajasthan's Alwar and his father, retired subedar Kailash Yadav, opened the door to see the unthinkable.

His 'dead' son was standing on the door and everyone in the family was delighted to have him back in their distressed lives.

Dharamveer Singh is married and has two daughters. He has been admitted to a hospital in Jaipur for further treatment.
