Mata Hari
real name Margaretha Geertruida "Grietje" Zelle MacLeod
is correct

Mata Hari was the stage name of Margaretha Geertruida "Grietje" Zelle MacLeod (7 August 1876, Leeuwarden – 15 October 1917, Vincennes), a Dutch exotic dancer and courtesan who was executed by firing squad for espionage during World War I.[1]

Mata Hari was the stage name Dutch-born Margaretha Zelle took when she became one of Paris' most popular exotic dancers on the eve of World War I. Although details of her past are sketchy, it is believed that she was born in the Netherlands in 1876 and married a Dutch Army officer 21 years her senior when she was 18. She quickly bore him two children and followed him when he was assigned to Java in 1897. The marriage proved rocky. The couple returned to the Netherlands in 1902 with their daughter (their other child, a son, had died mysteriously in Java). Margaretha's husband obtained a divorce and retained custody of his daughter. Margaretha then made her way to Paris where she reinvented herself as an Mata Hari Indian temple dancer thoroughly trained in the erotic dances of the East. She took on the name Mata Hari and was soon luring audiences in the thousands as she performed in Paris, Berlin, Vienna, Madrid and other European capitals. She also attracted a number of highly-placed, aristocratic lovers willing to reward her handsomely for the pleasure of her company.

With the outbreak of World War I, Mata Hari's cross-border liaisons with German political and military figures came to the attention of the French secret police and she was placed under surveillance. Brought in for questioning, the French reportedly induced her to travel to neutral Spain in order to develop relationships with the German naval and army attaches in Madrid and report any intelligence back to Paris. In the murky world of the spy, however, the French suspected her of being a double agent. In February 1917 Mata Hari returned to Paris and immediately arrested; charged with being a German spy. Her trial in July revealed some damning evidence that the dancer was unable to adequately explain. She was convicted and sentenced to death.

OK it seems everything is back to normal again so here's my question

Name the person in the picture, for most of WW2 he was Admiral Yamamoto's boss, however he never had real power over the fleet like admiral Yamamoto did!

Osami Nagano
Osami Nagano (永野修身, Nagano Osami, June 15, 1880 – January 5, 1947) was a career naval officer and fleet admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy from 1934. More of an administrative officer than a sea commander, he was Chief of the Imperial Japanese Navy General Staff for the majority of World War II, from April 1941 to February 1944.

HMS Dreadnought 1906 battleship of the British Royal Navy ?
IS CORRECT-all yours Manc

1.HMSDreadnought was the first battleship of her era to have a uniform main battery, rather than having a few large guns complemented by a heavy secondary battery of somewhat smaller guns.

2.At the outbreak of the First World War in 1914, she was flagship of the Fourth Battle Squadron in the North Sea, based at Scapa Flow. Ironically for a vessel designed to engage enemy battleships, her only significant action was the ramming and sinking of German submarine U-29 skippered by K/Lt Otto Weddigen (of U-9 fame) on 18 March 1915 – Dreadnought thus became the only battleship ever to sink a submarine directly

:)-

Dreadnought was put up for sale on 31 March 1920 and sold for scrap to T.W. Ward & Company on 9 May 1921 for the sum of £44,000 (£1,446,870 as of 2010),[16]. She was broken up at Ward's new premises at Inverkeithing, Scotland, upon arrival on 2 January 1923.
