To be able to use blitzkrieg, CSD or whatever anyone terms it, the commanders need the following things in their favour.
1) Tactical suprise.
2) Local if not theatre level superiority in terms of troop numbers and equipment.
3) Effective CAS and air superiority
4) secure Supplies and reinforcement.

The CSD and the Blitzkrieg are dependent on these 4 pillars. Without one, the offensive collapses. The Chinese do have superiority in terms of number of troops and equipment. But it is not at a level to satisfy the minimum requirements needed, especially given the mountaneous terrain.

They can generate the required numbers by moving divisions from the mainland, but then they lose the 1st objective, i.e. Suprise. To add to that the soldiers need to acclamatise in order to be able to fight. This again requires a week at the minimum.

CAS is very difficult, as is artillery support. The mountaneous terrain is a nightmare for PGMs and CMs alike, and only our BRAHMOS has been modified to engage targets behind the mountain. Then there is the problem of differentiating the friendlies from the enemies engaged. Normally the airstrikes preceed the actual attack, but in CSD, it will call for CAS, that too danger close to destroy any obstacle. In plains it is a problem, in mountains it will be a nightmate.

Then the issue of supplies arises. Surely the Chinese will not achieve their objective in 72-96 hrs, to enable them to fight without any logistics backup.

Thus as I said, both sides are locked up, and neither has any overwhelming advantage over the other.
Along sino~india border, india troops have obvious numerical advantage over chinese ones, because only 3 pla brigades are deplyed in tibet. However, china can make up for the disadvantage ,with much better mobilization, caused by much better infrastructure and better machization

pla is by far more machinized than indian armies.tibet infrastructure is also much better than india.it means that pla has much more efficient mobility thsn indian armies.it also means that pla would have enough time to convey troops to tibet from othet provinces,if wars were to break out. That is why pla is so confident that pla deployes only 3 brigades in tibet, while india deploys several corps along sino~india border.

My quesiton is why CSD is known by everybody? Why GOI not keep it as a secret? Is it a good idea to let everybody know how would you fight a war?

Partially true.

The two armies are nearly same as far as ground mobility is concerned. It is the difference in quality of infrastructure near LAC that is the crux of the problem for the IA, not the mobility of the army. And neither armies are mobile compared to NATO/Russia.

As for air mobility, the IAF has nearly twice the airlift capability of the PLA/PLAAF. Not to mention more than 50 years of maintaining air sustained bases, including the Siachin and the Sumdorong Chu incidents. In both occasions the IA airlifted a brigade onto the troubled spot, and maintained them solely by air, something you cannot execute.

To be sure, with 250+ airlift AC and over 200-300 medium lift helis, even multiple divisions can be airlifted to necessary positions. Do not be too confident.

And the IA counts several divisions in Tibet, despite your claims.

Errr. If India fights, it will be on the defensive when PRC invades. We don't need much mechanized divisions or great mobility. Just people who have enough ammunition to spray the hell out of invaders. After all, in mountain warfare, the attacker needs 15:1 numerical superiority for assured victory. PLA cannot do that. And we have excellent troop transport capacity thanks to IAF like DH says. It won't be a party. It will be slaughterhouse in the Himalayas if PLA invades.

We here are discussing about a hypothetical situation assuming ideal conditions.
Can any one expect what's the toughest thing in Indochina border - oxygen& terrain.
As the percentage of oxygen goes down it will not only bring down human endurance but also machines which depend on oil combustion.at that height no country can maintain an effective supply route and endure

There is no question of surprise as troop movements on both sides are easily noticed with counter defensive measures deployed
