I specifically quoted your post. Su-57 creates an informational noise for you.
Indeed, the combat power of these patrol ships is not great unless they receive missile weapons.

This small armored boat is capable of launching 2 missiles, sending a corvette to the bottom.
Soon they will be re-equipped with new missiles, which have a larger caliber (170mm). another launch range (10 km), which will not allow entering the AK-630 firing zone (7 km), and the launch of 2 missiles is already capable of sinking the frigate.

S-125 after the Ukrainian modernization, there may be air defense systems and AShM missiles of near radius at the same time. 2 missiles were needed to flood the ship with a displacement of 3,000 tons (this is the size of the frigate). In the second part of the video, a comparison with Exocet hit is shown.

These sinkex exercises use decommissioned warships without fuel or ammunitions and with all bulkheads sealed. So it's harder to sink these target ships than a similar in service warship if hit with AShMs. But the Oliver Hazard Perry class is particularly sturdy. Sinkex after sinkex they are always hard to sink and in real life in the 1980s USN Oliver Hazard Perry class ships were proven to be very durable. One was hit by 2 Exocets from Iraqis, did not sink and was returned back to service. The other ship was struck an Iranian naval mine but was also saved by its crew i heroic 2 days battle damage management. This too was later on returned to active service.

So the lesson for Ukraine? Ask from the US for their decommissioned Oliver Hazard Perry class frigates and modernize them with Ukrainian and other Western sensors and weapons.

No one claims that ersatz-AShM is better than real AShM.
S-125 and without modernization is able to attack ships. But only deck superstructures and fragments. Here you can see that the blow falls into the body and it is a high explosive.
The coastal defense of Ukraine does not have anti-ship missiles. The only battalion and stock of missiles to it. remained in the annexed Crimea. The most powerful thing they have is the Uragan MLRS.
But it is ineffective against surface maneuvering targets. Now they will be able to reliably cover the coast, before the start of deliveries of the Neptune complex.
It’s not about money. There is always money for war. Producing countries of AShM were in no hurry to queue. to sell them.
Only when Ukraine completed the development of its anti-ship missiles did the United States offer to buy their Harpoon, but along with the ships.
Ukraine does not need frigates. In the Black Sea puddle, enough to have corvettes.

Looks like Ukraine unwittingly will save American democracy from this crazy and Russian agent Trump...

Democrats land damning new evidence in impeachment testimony

Key figures in the Ukraine saga appeared to help Democrats make the case that Trump abused the power of the presidency.

Ooohhhh......Trump will get impeached by Mueller......oooooh look.........

Same bullshit by a bunch of Democrats who will lose in 2020.

BTW, Senate requires 2/3 majority by open vote for removal of President. Republicans control the Senate. In 2020, a large number of these chaps will seek reelection. Do the math.......

Perhaps Ukraine should start looking at HIMARS with ATACMS that has limited maritime targetting ability. Then when the new PrSM missile comes on line it can leverage its luncher as this new missile is designed to replace ATACMS. The USMC are slready practicing using HIMARS against maritime targets.

The PrSM is designed with signal home in capability. But it will take at least 5 years or more to implement.

I have already said that no one will sell lethal weapons. @bhramos posted a photo of patrol boats. But they arrived in Ukraine without weapons. They need to be equipped independently. Ukraine relies only on its capabilities. The first battalion of AshM "Neptune", the army will receive next year, But the S-125 can block the bays between the peninsula and the mainland.

Ok my bad. This is still good for Ukraine defense industroes. The US should shoulder more non-offensive but necessary military needs like uniforms, logistical, patrol, radars and medical equipment while Ukraine focuses its domestic spending on improving and developing its offensive weapons.

Anyway, there appears to be a joint-exercise currently undergoing in Ukraine with US forces:

U.S. Army Soldiers deploys to Ukraine
    [IMG]
The U.S. Army has announced that earlier this month approximately 160 American Soldiers with the 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team headquarters company deployed to Ukraine as Task Force Juvigny and assumed responsibility of the Joint Multinational Training Group – Ukraine at the Combat Training Center – Yavoriv.
    https://defence-blog.com/army/u-s-army-soldiers-deploys-to-ukraine.html

That's good. Ukraine seems to be moving closer to NATO. I wonder were are the French though...

Something like this is happening. The US takes over part of the logistics support. But you need to understand that the cost of American goods is much greater than domestic. Therefore, the American SUVs and trucks, the army does not use. Not even licens
ed. Instead of UAZ products, the army receives licensed Great Wall Wingle 5 (Bogdan 2251 and 2351).

Ukraine Would Get New Cruise Missiles and Anti-Ship Missiles Under House Bill

Ukraine would get $300 million in new
military aid — and Russia, sanctions on a proposed pipeline — in the House version of the defense authorization act passed this week.

The bill calls for renewing the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, the military aid that congress had previously authorized for Ukraine, and expands it to include coastal defense cruise missiles and anti-ship missiles as acceptable for export. It futher authorizes an additional $50 million in military aid on top of the $250 million congress had approved in last year’s NDAA, “of which $100.0 million would be available only for lethal assistance.”
