the writer of the travlogue is a businessman from SHenzhen, CHina.....
2011.7.26 , the guy arrived at Lome,the capital of Toga,Africa 。

most of Togolese are quite gentle without much agression...it might be the heritage left by Frenchmen.

CHinese enterprises come here ,not only for business,but also to help locals.

at first, the writer thought those were for the sale of breakfast.
laters, he got to know that those two were "4-star restaurants" there....however,the writer didn't see any none-local guests there.

Lome is a quite large city,but it hasn't many good-looking buildings....

there are two reasons:
1. Lome is built on beach desert,it is not fit for highrises.
2. it is too poor and has no fund.

BG. As a matter of fact, there could be more Indian then Chinese in Africa. However, most Indians are in former British colonies. They came with their British master as military trainers and administration experts and therefore maintain very good relationship with the military people. Many Indian business in English speaking West African nations are having Government shares (be it silent or open). The difference betweeen Indian and Chinise staffs in West AFrica is that the Indians are seldomly spotted in commercial districts while the Chinese workers are storming the Department stores and restaruants. The business between the Indian and Chinese company are huge as much as these two people with the local business elites. For instance, the popular Airtel from India here is using Internet Finger made by China and Chinese factories here are buying Indian chemicals. At the end, the Africans see their lives improved by Indian and Chinese as they bring in affordable products and services. The majority of motorcycle in Lagos, so called Ogada, are made in Indian.

the agriculture here is quite undeveloped....and .chinese aid some agriculture tech to locals.

the writer was afraid that the fat weman might crush the motorbike into garbage......
motorbikes are quite popular in Lome,because it is qutie practical and cheap.
most autos here are those second-hand from Europe

one of the writer's coleagues got malaria.so the wirter sent him to a local hospital.
there are two CHinese medical teams in Toga now.
the local hostipal was also built by Chinese....its style and scal is quite like a Town-level hospital in CHina.

what the writer lived is Embassy Row in Lome..
there are lots of embassies in the area....
the best-looking embassy here is yankees' embassy.....CHinese one is also ok.
However, this poor-looking small one is also a embassy of a unknow poor state..... it is as ugly-looking as the writer's lodging house
well ,money talks loudly here...

the tides here is more good-looking than ones in SHenzhen.

and wemen are the main money-earners of almost all families ...
the writer shruged off the laziness of local men.

According to the writer, Some Togolese like showing themsleves and their friendship,but more Togolese like begging ...
Of course, their begging is quite direct and never disguised,which is quite different from beggars in CHIna.

Before begging,beggars in CHina usually make up and have themselves look as poor as possible,in order to attract people's sympathy and attention.
However, Togolese beggars never do this . Obviously,Togolese beggars would be mocked by their CHinese ones,due to their unprofessional
