Nope ,I'm afraid you got confused WingLoong with the CH-3 UAV which Pakistan really bought...Wingloong came from the CAC of AVIC group...but CH-3 is the product of CASIC....

unlike wingloong, CH-3 carries the weapon all came from the CASIC group itself...such as

FT-5 ----FT serial guied bomb ...and Wingloong uses the LS serial

AR-1---Air to Surface Missile....and Wingloong uses the BA-7(Blue Arrow) serial

for chinese Weapon Industry ,the business(or money, we have to say GCCs are quite Rich indeed) is everything ,and the sales in Gulf began in early 1980s ... the weapon trade is most profitable business on this planet, I thought you should know this well since India has been the biggest weapon importer for years.

Btw selling Ballistic missile to a country that USA actively controls and on top of that is China not violating MTCR with the sale of 2500km missile?
