Please don't use bad words.

That apart an interesting thread knowing all about people and their culinary prowess.

People in India find goats brains a delicacy.

One has to see the programme Bizarre Food.

I don't from which country that is.

I have seen food like snake spring rolls, seal penis soup to veal tongue!

For my Commando course, as a part of 'Living off the Land', I had to catch a snake and eat it too!

Didn't like the idea nor the taste, but then............

That's life!

Sir not true, i have heaped praise on Chinese. I called ourselves as black troll as per J20s view but since you do not like it, i removed it.

Personally, I have nothing against chinese peoples' eating habits - except when they endanger species such as the tiger, white rhino etc or are cruel e.g. with extracting bear bile. If they want to to eat cockroaches then bob appetite to them.

Don't use the word Shit, please.

It maybe shit to you, but it can be a delicacy for others.

There are many thousands of Chinese restaurants around in the UK and everyone has their favourite dish, but only in China itself do chefs specialise in a range of slightly more unusual delicacies.

BBC has this to say:

BBC NEWS | Programmes | From Our Own Correspondent | Beijing's penis emporium

Check it out!

Frogs Leg is supposed to be a delicacy or for that matter, raw oysters. I hated both.

Many find Caviare not to their taste. I devour it!

When I was young, the Russian Academicians who visited the Institute that my granduncle had founded, use to bring jars of Volga caviare. Yes, Jars! Initially, I disliked it but soon got so fond of it that I could not do without it!

I did not use the word shit in a derogatory way, i used it to say this is the most awesome thing. As in "this shit is great".

I cant edit it anymore because my time frame is over, if you had told me earlier i would have edited it.

Have you ever eaten an eel or a Bombay Duck (which is a fish and not a Duck)?

They are slimy.

And so, what is important is in the cooking!

What your saying is eel and bombay duck walk around in your commode?

The bombay duck does have an habit of watching people do their stuff.

I must confess I'm a sinner. I eat
- frog: popular and even imported from Brazil
- snake: very popular when in Guangdong
- pigeon: when I was a child I found a pigeon on the wall (probably hurt) ...
- dog: best served in Korean restaurants
- silkworm cocoon: only once, in Guangdong, bad taste
- field mice: once, pickled, brought by a roommate from his village
