Ray, I reqeust people not to bring ideology and politics into the discussions only because it does no help to the discussions as we can see in most cases, not because it is a taboo to do so.

So please don't stretch my words.

I know the idea that Chinese can't think free is deeply rooted in your mind and you will ask me to prove why it is not a taboo. Well, I guess that can't be easily accomplished because you can't read Chinese, neither do you live in China. If you ask me for some material presented in English like what you posted about China, it only leaves me CPC propaganda.

That is the second reason why I suggest no ideology and politics, such issues are too complicated and language barriers keep Indian members from having an insightful discussion with us. If the discussion always stays at a shallow level where everyone calls China an evil communist country, I think I would rather pass it.

We must accept the way you think and you must accept the way we think.

I am afraid, even if I order such a dkitat as you desire, Indians will laugh and flout it at will.

That is India!

Even our Govt can't order us to think the way the Govt wants.

This is but a Forum!

it is not that China alone are at the wrong end of the stick.

There are people out here who show their distaste for the US, UK and the West too!

I think it is time to inform you Indian posters that we are not shy to focuses on the errors of our country. In fact, if we don't focus on them, we will never know what is going on and improve.

But we do have issues with someone from a country like India discussing the negative sides of China.

Reasons
1> None of the discussions is fruitful, it is always Indians mocking and ridiculing China.
2>India is doing worse than China, we don't accept mocking and ridiculing by people from a country which is more backward than China.
