This is an upset Chinese wrote about China preteding he is an Indian. It is a popular style amongst the bloggers to critize China from a view of foreigners. I just tranlsated the article and please check if he can blend in as a real Indian.

表面上看，中国比印度先进富裕，中国的GDP和人均GDP两项指标都是印度的两倍，人口比印度只多出约12％，按说中国要比印度富裕。

但真实情况确相反，从我在中国生活的两年半的所见所闻，真实的中国人比印度人生活艰难的多、苦的多。

印度农民没有苛捐杂税。印度农民占总人口的比例和中国差不多，但印度农民自给自足，国家根本不从农业上提取税收，也不象中国地方有那么多官员要养活，尽管印度的农业技术比中国落后，这主要是印度农民懒造成的

From a superficial perspective, China is better off than India, China's Gross GDP and Average GDP both doublesized India's,
populationwisely, they are just 12% more, hence we can conclude China is richer.

But facts are opposite , based on my two and half years' experience in this country , average Chinese leads a far more bitter and harder life than an average Indian.

India farmers are not submitted to any taxes. The indian agricultural population are of equal percentage as that of China, but indian farmers
are more self-sufficient, The indian government does not tax on agriculture, and they don't have so many burocratic officials to pay form tax payers dollar. If we say indian agriculture technology is lagging behind that of China's , that is due to the laziness of our farmers.

要是印度农民有中国农民这么能吃苦，印度农村肯定要比中国富裕，中国有世界上最能吃苦的农民，有最高的农业单产，但中国农民被压迫的太深，税赋太重，以占人口大多数的农民来说，印农民比中国农民轻松的多。

印度人享有充分的流动自由。中国人在自己的土地上要暂住证，印度不需要，也没有因为暂住证被关押被打死的情况。印度人可以在总统府的对面要饭，也可以在象中国长安街一样繁华的地段搭棚生活，根本没有人以影响市容而象赶鸭子一样到处赶。

印度也没有象中国一样到处打砸摊主的城管，也不会因为三轮车影响政府形象而被取缔。在印度，只要你能在某个地方找到谋生的门路，没有人管你，而在中国就严格的多，官员们关心对外形象重于关心百姓生活。

If indian farmers are as hardworking as Chinese, Indian will see a much prosperous rural society. China has world most diligent farmers, highest unit yield rate of crops, but they are suppressed too hard, taxed too hard. Compared with China, the majority of population, farmers, are much happier and less stressful.

Indian enjoy the full freedom of migrating, while chinese is confined to where he is, even residing in other cities needs a temporary residency permit. this is something unheard of by indian. there is no case such as somebody be put to pound and tortured to death due to his lacking of temporary residency permit. Indian beggers sets up their turf right infront of their presidential palace, as well as on main street as busy as Chang'an street, no cops will chase you away like huldling a flock of ducks.

In india, we don't have Chengguans( urban management) who roam around like bandits, and we won't worry our paddler tricycles be confeisticated for clearing up city streets, In this country , if you can find a something to earn money, no one is in your way, but in China,
it is totally a different story, Chinese officials pays more attention to the exterior image then the quality of every day life of their citizens.

印度人的工资水平高于中国。中国有世界上最廉价的劳动力，劳动成本比印度低的多。以电视机为例，此次美国对中国实行反倾销，就是以印度的电视机价格为参考的。印度的原材料及其它成本会比中国高，唯一高的是劳动力成本，而中国电视机价格低就是因为劳动力工资低。

Take Television for example, this time the US initiated an anti-dumping war against Chinese TV exporters by using indian made TV's price.
China's price is lower due to Chinese Labor is much lower than that of India, since in China, other cost of making a TV set is much higher.

Manufacture workers for exemple, Chinese workers earns less than Indian workers, some joint ventures open their factory in China due to
they can pay the workers with less wage. They can barely survive in India since we don't have as hard working people either do we have
some one willing to work with such a low pay.

The comparatively higher GDP brought no benefit to common CHinese populace. China's GDP is two times higher but regular Chinese has gain nothing from it. Take cars for exemple, a lowest official in a village can be assigned with a full-fledged government car imported from overseas, by this item alone, they have used up a great portion of their GDP.

Well in india, we don't see such corruption happen, except for some diplomatic events, our officials are only equipped with our own domestic car "the premier" we don't have ACed room in our Department of National Defence, while every Chinese government building is a palace, they spend tons of money on banquets reimbursed later with tax dollars.

In india, we don't that many of authorities, in China, everywhere you have authorities, there are 9 fold of authorities and 1 fold of civilians,
and every person worked for authoritiy is a burden on civilians, In India, even you are authority, you cannot tax people.

Plus, if you took out the water in their statistics, you will never know the real figure of their so called GDP.

Chinese will pay dear to feed these authorities, they don't even know how much money are spent on them , these authories, leaders are so corrupted that they ripped off a lot of money and then immigrate to overseas. According to their own report. there are more than hundreds corrupted official evaded from China to overseas with astraunomic amount of money, which can pay up 10 million students' tuitions.

Indian officials can never got their tenure, from our president to a common public servant, you are an official when you are in office, you
got your privilliege as a public servant, but after you retired, you are just as a common citizen, In China, once you entered the goverment,
you always got the previllige until you die, provided you were put to prison charged with corruption. According to China's own report,
they have a population of officials that equals to the the number of total population of France. this number hasn't counted in the adjuncts and village cadres.

While China's GDP is lower than that of France, this means chinese had more burdern than Indian.

印度实行全民免费医疗。"公费医疗"ä¹Ÿç§°å…è´¹åŒ»ç–—，指国家对公民提供一种福利，代为支付医疗费用。发达欧洲国家如英国，瑞典、瑞士、丹麦，都是全民免费医疗，一切费用国家全包。

India has a public medicare system, people got PUBLIC that means FREE medical treatement. this ia welfare that the states provided to its people. Countries in Europe, such as UK, Sweden, Swisterland and Danmark, they all have public medicare.

美国、日本等国实行医疗保险制度，但是对于退休老人、穷人，则是免费医疗。牛 B如俄罗斯，只要是在俄国土地上的人，无论本国人外国人，一概免费医疗。
US and Japan they have something similiar they call it Medical Insurance System, for under privillieged, the treatment are free. Most examplary nation is Russia, foreigners also enjoys free medicare if they work or travel in Russia.

Third world countries, as we Indian, along with Cuba, Brzil,Chili, we have our public medicare free for all citizens. we provide totally free medical treatment to serve our people, our health care and sanitation maintenance tops the world.

民健康指标都位居世界前列。连朝鲜都是免费医疗，可是号称社会主义大国的中国，到现在免费医疗还是个梦想。

Even North Korea, it has Free public medicare system, while a so called socialism state, a big country, still in its wildest to install anything like it.

Economic progress aside, China suffers from a bad geopolitical environment. The US led crusaders form the west treated China as adversary, their neighboring nations are not friendly either, they have a reunification to worry about.

Quite possibly, China will be defeated with a war fought between China and international communities and will be like the Qing Dynasty or KMT ROC, fell and fell forever. India enjoys good diplomatic relationship with the US, we enjoy a much wider space for developing.

If that stuff was written by an Indian, he's either extremely naive, lying, or is not Indian. India's social problems are far greater than China's.

However, China's biggest problem is political uncertainty. 1.its a misconception thinking china doesn't give subsidies to farmers.ex. seeds are manufactured by govt bodies itself a subsidy

and About the foreign media, you do have your double standard, where is your pro-al jazeera stance when they supported Pakistan?
