When China and India signed 'five principles of peaceful co-existence' in 1954, one of the articles stated mutual non-agression; which in other words means that China and India signed a non-agression pact that was to expire in 1962.
This non-agression pact was so common for powers in world war 2 to use that it was pretty obvious that this was just a 'pause' in agressive intent until one of the powers was ready to attack before or upon expiry of treaty. Hitler used it, Stalin used it etc. China was not even obliged to follow UN charter on limitations of agression until 1971 when China was recognised at UN. I mean, your leader nehru was a lawyer and he didn't even know what treaty he was signing?
So, is it China's fault or your own leadership's fault for being so incompetent and unprepared in 1962?
