China May 'Crash' in Next 9 to 12 Months, Faber Says

I hope China keeps on this path for years. The more they keep pumping loans the harder the landing. I am afraid the hinges are coming undone.

China isn't going to crash anytime soon. But there are very serious issues within China that must be resolved before it can really be stable. No. 1 is CCPs iron grip to power. No. 2 is the PLAs defining influence over the CCP. With affluence rising the natural tendency for more political rights, participation and freedom will clash with the interests of both the CCP and PLA. These 2 power blocks are not going to relinquish power by any means as they believe they are the only stabilizing institutions for China. The other issues are ethnic within China.
Only time will tell if China can overcome these hurdles.
