A typical blaming game created by Indian politicians: everyone was innocent but Nehru.

We never said that everyone was innocent but Nehru was lord of crooks. Besides his corruption, nepotism and favoritism, he sacrificed India's strategic dreams for his personal glory of pacifism.

In political circle, every one jump up and down accusing him a traitor when he tried to solve the issue diplomatically;
In military circle, those generals didn't even give those soldiers up on the hills proper cloths to resist cold weather. The result was more frozen death than being killed by PLA. Well, you can blame Nehru didn't provide enough for a war preparation, but can't blame him for the issue of operational logistics. The worst of worse, even though they were aware of every issue, they didn't do anything.
The intelligence department was even worse, the Chinese started to accumulate their supplies half years earlier. Your intelligence failed to offer strong evidence to warn your leaders.
When Chinese retreat, they again failed to find out that PLA already run out of supplies. Otherwise, India may win the war.

There wasn't much Nehru can do when every key department performed so badly.

He never tried to solve issue. He was a bigot whose mind was infested by friendship dream of socialist block. He was dreaming of a pacifist and unmilitarized who never had ambitions beyond its borders. His bias was responsible for India's engagement with Soviet Union, exceptionally soft and apologist approached towards USSR, PRC and DPRK, India's reluctance to test nukes (India had nuclear weapons way earlier in 1963), skipping the membership of UNSC and no military build up.

Indian side were ill equipped because China was never perceived as enemy of by Nehru despite repeated acts of aggression. India's military build up started only after 1962. Those generals weren't accountable for plight of soldiers when proper equipment weren't supplied at all the first place.

there are other brands eg samsung which is korean and nokia finnish and a few other that are not completely prcchina made and owned ..... you are giving credence to the disunited and lazy thinkers in india who cant be bothered to put nation first and pay a little extra ,,,,, in time india has to produce its own .....after all whatever happened to the so called make in India ??? or is that all just feku ??

is it Really accurate, that India had nuclear weapons as early as 1963 ????? Usual account is that Canada installed a nuclear generator for electricity in 1969 and India used
the nuclear fuel to develop the first bomb in 1974 ….i think you are confusedly
referring to the fact that Homie Babha had a nuclear program as early as 1956 and truly
India could have been ahead of china but rumour has it that cia removed him via plane

actually Sir or madam, the wording of my post about english etc, was a little unnecessary or even perhaps could be seen as being somewhat unkind ....i wanted to delete that post or if not possible, to write this much earlier:- im truly sorry for this as it is not my normal character but i somehow fell into it ....my sincere apologies to you sir or madam and also to all readers ....as for india having nuclear weapons as early as 1963, i think it is a mistaken view but anyway i'll leave it at that ... as for english well people write in a hurry as they have many more important things to do obviously and we tend to write in a hurry .....so kind regards to you and all readers, lets continue to keep the forum at a decent level and i think you have maintained that well ,....kind regards,
