Since 1995, Transparency
International (TI) publishes
the Corruption Perceptions
Index (CPI) annually ranking
countries "by their perceived
levels of corruption, as
determined by expert
assessments and opinion
surveys."[1] The CPI generally
defines corruption as "the
misuse of public power for
private benefit."[2] As of
2010[update], the CPI ranks
178 countries "on a scale
from 10 (very clean) to 0
(highly corrupt)."[3]
China ranks at 75, Indian
ranks at 95.

According to your reference which is the above link, China is within the 40-49 region while India is in the 30-39 region. I am confused here, which number is the correct index number?
Where did you get the 75 and 95 from?
