Firstly, to prove that we mean business, we must GIFT them 20 Bramhos naval missiles immediately. This will multiply their naval deterrence several fold and CCP will think a million times before trying any stunts.

Okay, you do realize that Russia is an important strategic partner apart from being our major arms supplier.....Are we in any position to antagonize the Russians?
Furthermore, giving away certain weapons like the Brahmos and competing with the Russian products directly for a market are completely different things, I am averse to the latter.

We have to play our cards correctly and smartly we have to get max benefit from Uncle and we have to tell Russians that if China grows then then they will become number three power of world from present number two spot, therefore work with us to maintain status quo and allow us to arm our brother in need Vietnam.

In future we should as and when AAD and PAD ship is ready, we should send it to Vietnam to protect it interest against any missile attack from PRC.
