Is that your opinion or wish or fact ?
Its a FACT.

Many new named churches are on conversion spree .Dalits, tribals and people having economic hardships are the prime targets for the new churches.

Various churches under the names "assemblies of god", evangelical mission etc , has even infiltrated even the tradition high class Christians like Catholics, jacobites etc and they too have been seen showing concern over the recent trend of conversion from their popula.

These new found churches are the most organised , well marketed corporates of the recent times.

Both of them barely managed to survive..atleast Buddhism found refuge in some other countries..but Jains only in India and today they are practically indistinguishable from Hindus.

If this is Buddhism like practised in North East and Tibet, then full power to it...if its the Ambedkarite virus strain...:tsk:
Ambedkarite Buddhism ? Care to explain about this phenomenon.

Ambedkarite movement = Dalit Buddhist movement = Navayana Buddhism

Since Buddhism rejects the Hindu caste system, Ambedkar converted to Buddhism and encouraged his followers to do the same. It was because of him that there are today 8 million Buddhists in India, whereas immediately after Independence there were only a few thousand.

Gautam Buddha as avatar of Vishnu is one of the biggest fraud in Indian history.
Brahmins could not get over the fact that a single person has shook their monopoly and hence they wrote the puranas which are totally absurd.
these puranas mention that Vishnu came in Buddha avatar to bring back the daemons on the path of dharmic values..it is as stupid as it gets..

Gautam Buddha is the second last Buddha...Last one is yet to be born and will be called as Maitreya..so calling Buddha as Avtar of vishnu is making fun of Vishnu..

Buddhist sites in Andhra Pradesh ignored in pilgrimage tourism plan - The Times of India
The Union tourism ministry had appointed a consultantto identify the Buddhist locations, which included places like Bodh Gaya in Bihar, Sarnath, Kushinagarand Piparvah in Uttar Pradesh among many othertourist destinations. But strangely none from Andhra Pradesh was included in the list released by minister of state for tourism K Chiranjeevi. The sites in the state, which are considered most important in South India, do not evenfigure in the extended pilgrimage list released by the ministry. "Many sites inthe state have spiritual value for Buddhists. Around 18 monastic establishments (a unit comprising stupas and monasteries) are said to contain the corporeal relicsof Buddha and hence are highly venerated by adherents of the faith. Viharas (monasteries ) also exist at many sites but are in a dilapidated condition and need immediate restoration and conservation for restoringtheir spiritual value," said B Subrayamanyam , an expert on Buddhism.
An archeological expert requesting anonymity said lack of tourism facilities at state's Buddhist sites could have worked againstits inclusion. "At Bodhgaya and Sarnath, tourism is highly developed . But Buddhist sites in the state do not even have signage leave alone facilities for tourist accommodation. Many locations are unknown. In addition to being in a state of neglect, they are not even promoted by the government," he said.
