Loose Ends in Boston Bombing tied to House of Saud and Haliburton | nsnbc international

The most important aspect about the involvement of the Tsarnaev brothers however, is the fact that their uncle has been working as a contractor for Haliburton, and this fact seems to be systematically kept out of the mainstream media.

Its like someone wanted to say "Go away ! We have our patsies, don´t you ruin our cover-up by bringing Haliburton into the picture!". I would submit to the reader, that it is of the utmost importance to follow this lead to the end. One of the reasons for insisting, that this lead has to be followed, is that Haliburton also rings bells with regard to Saudi-Arabia and Chechnya.

Investigative journalist Daniel Hopsicker, who among other is known for his investigation into Rudy Decker´s flight school, where one of the alleged 9/11 hijackers showed that he could not even safely fly a single engine propeller plane, let alone a sophisticated airliner. Hopsicker is one of the few, if not the only one who has written about the Boston – Haliburton connection.

"Unle" Ruslan Tsarni, working ten years for Haliburton.

In his article "Boston Bombers "Uncle Ruslan" was Haliburton Contractor", Daniel Hopsicker is not only making the case but is backing it up with facts. In his article, Hopsicker documents, that "Uncle" Ruslan Tsarni has had a decade long business relationship with Haliburton.

For those who are unaware of the implications, it is the same Haliburton, the multinational juggernaut, as Hopsicker puts it, which was run by Dick Cheney before he became Vice President of the USA. I would add to Hopsicker, and before he, that is Dick Cheney, became "Commander in Chief of the 9/11 False Flag Operation". Recommended reading here, would be "Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil", by former LAPD Homicide and Narcotics investigator Michael J. Ruppert who, at the very least, has presented a prosecutable case against Dick Cheney, and who also details the role of Haliburton.

"Uncle" Ruslan Tsarni´s relationship with Haliburton became known after Tsarni´s "condemnation of the atrocities, which allegedly had been committed by his nephews Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev which was widely published in the same "Washington Post", who suddenly discovered that the Saudi national at the hospital was " a witness, and not a perpetrator".

The Hopsicker article is a must read, for everybody who wants to understand how uncle Ruslan Tsarni´s relationship with Haliburton, as well as with USAID, which is a known CIA front and which has been unceremoniously thrown out of Russia for the illegitimate financing and aiding of the opposition to Russia´s President Vladmir Putin, is increasingly becoming discredited as one of the main sponsors or lead dogs of non-state actors, who target "nations or regions of interest" for the USA. Within this context it is also interesting to recall, that there were strong foreign ties to the planned assassination of Russia´s President Vladimir Putin in February 2012.

Many, if not most of these non-state actors, including Chechen "rebels" as the USA until very recently euphemistically described the Al Qaeda associated Chechen "men who went to the forest", have very close ties to Al-Qaeda and other Wahhabi and Salafist organizations, which are systematically and consistently being sponsored by the main Arab US ally in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia.

Official: Russia heard Boston suspects' mother 'discussing jihad'
Official: Russia heard Boston suspects' mother 'discussing jihad' - CNN.com

(CNN) -- Russia intercepted a communication between the mother of the accused Boston Marathon bombers and someone who may have been one of her sons "discussing jihad" in 2011, according to a U.S. official with knowledge of the investigation.

This source described the conversation as vague.

The Russians turned over the intercept to the FBI in the last few days, the official said.

This source was not aware of a reason for the delay and did not offer an opinion about whether it would have given the FBI enough reason to justify a closer look at Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the oldest of the two brothers.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was asked abut the report while attending the White House Correspondents Dinner Saturday.

"That's an ongoing matter," Holder said. "I can't really comment on that."
CNN has previously reported that the FBI has said that it conducted an investigation -- including an interview with Tamerlan Tsarnaev after Russia expressed concerns in 2011.

The FBI said at the time if found nothing to justify pursuing the matter further and that Russia did not respond to US requests for additional information.

The Russians also raised questions about Tsarnaev's mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev, when they approached the U.S. about concerns regarding Tamerlan Tsarnaev, according to several sources. The mother's name was subsequently added to the TIDE (Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment) database at at the same time as her son's, an intelligence official said Thursday. TIDE is a collection of more than half million names of suspected terrorists that is maintained by the National Counterterrorism Center.

The FBI did interview the mother in 2011 as part of the investigation into her son. The case was closed after several months.

Attorney General Holder also responded to criticism that the surviving suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was read his Miranda rights not to be questions without a lawyer.

"The decision to Mirandize him was one that the magistrate made and that was totally consistent with the laws that we have," Holder said. "We have a two-day period to question him under the public safety exception. So I think everything was done appropriately and we got good leads."

Demonstration of some muslims in Vienna, in solidarity with the brothers.

According to a website the banners read :
"We are convinced of the innocence of our brother. There is no evidence that he is guilty. America needs a new enemy."

This is the mindset that what the world hates.
When someone did a mistake, there should be a collective process to accept that its a mistake.
Showing solidarity is not going to help the accused.
What i dont understand is, why is the sensible others(who are majority) from the same belief system not stopping/preventing such extreme behaviours(who are a minority within the belief system) of such minority.
If the people form the same belief system discourages them, things can change a lot for better.

Boston Marathon Bombing: Investigators Trying to Piece Together Life of Tamerlan Tsarnaev

What we have heard over the period:
  • First we heard FSB informed FBI about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
  • Then we hear that FSB informed FBI, and again the CIA, about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
  • Then we heard that FSB informed CIA and FBI, not only about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, but also about Zubeidat Tsarnaeva.
  • Now we are hearing the FSB actually have recordings of their conversations talking about Jihad.

Contextualizing Religious Profiling in Dagestan: Tsarnaev and the Kotrova Mosque

In the last 24 hours, several media agencies have reported that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had visited the Kotrova Mosque in Makhachkala. In Dagestan this mosque is known to be associated with radical Islam and Salafism. It was reported by the media that local sources, probably linked with the security services, have identified Tamerlan Tsarnaev, as a regular at the mosque in 2011 and 2012. According to these sources, the 26-year-old man was identified and put on a list of potential Salafists and supporters of the insurgency. Following this labeling as a potential threat for Dagestan's security, the Federal Security Service apparently tipped off the American government and the FBI about Tsarnaev's potential radicalization.

One has to take this analysis about Tsarnaev's radicalization and his potential to engage in the insurgency with certain caution. It is well known by many who lived or studied in the North Caucasus and particularly in Dagestan, that the local security services list all the individuals that attend radical mosques (Salafi), such as the Kotrova Mosque. In other words, this religious profiling seeks to identify any individuals with potential ties to radical Islam in order to control them more efficiently. These lists are used by local police forces to conduct crackdowns and brutal interrogations following insurgent or terrorist attacks in Dagestan. However, being placed on the list is not proof that anyone is or is close to being involved with insurgent groups. To the contrary, this religious profiling has been abused by local forces in order to harass radical Muslims in Dagestan. As radical Islam, vaguely defined as Wahhabism by local authorities, has been outlawed in Dagestan after the Chechen invasion in 1999 and any potential signs linked to radical Islam (clothes, long beard, and a trimmed mustache) were used as an excuse by local police to stop and interrogate ordinary Muslims.

While I was living in Dagestan, I was regularly stopped, controlled, and searched by police on the streets of Makhachkala simply because I had a beard which was seen as a sign of being a Salafist. Not to mention that these illiberal searches were conducted with a minimum level of courtesy. This religious profiling, which occurs on a daily basis, has pushed many Dagestanis to protest in the streets in 2011 and 2012. It is also identified by several academic studies as one of the main reasons why young people turn to insurgent groups in order to confront security forces in Dagestan.

In the case of Tsarnaev, if the only proof of his potential radicalization lies in the list produced by security services in Dagestan, one should be extremely cautious in considering this information as valid and truthful. In fact, one should probably ask if Tsarnaev's radicalization was not the product of witnessing police abuse in Dagestan. If the latter was true, it would be possible to postulate that Tsarnaev perceived the FBI and the American government as an extension of Muslim oppression as they were increasingly putting pressure on him through several interrogations and controls. This process of radicalization could be analyzed following two well known mechanisms: one of personal victimization and one of reaction against the oppression committed against Islam. Reinforced by videos about the atrocities committed by Russian forces in Chechnya, Tsarnaev could have associated these actions with the American presence in Afghanistan. The crucial question remains however, why would Tsarnaev choose to return to America in order to engage in his supposed jihad quest? Many answers are possible, such as the will to include his younger brother in the United States in his holy task, or simply to protect his relatives in Dagestan against the persecution and repression of the local government against the family of known terrorists. Indeed, having a member as part of the insurgency often means putting his entire family under imminent threats from the FSB and local police.

Tsarnaev's trajectory in terrorism should thus be seen in the political and security context of Dagestan. By contextualizing the events leading to his participation in the Boston bombings, one can better understand the reasons behind his radicalization and his choice to return to America and to engage in his apparent quest of jihad.

They (FBI, CIA) are obviously withholding information, hopefully it's purpose is to save themselves from embarrassment.
Also, how exactly did Zubeidat (the mother) end up on a terror watch list ? Is it because she talked about 'Jihad' over the phone ? :hmm:

You hit the nail on the head.

The fact is that the FBI (and CIA) have been proven to be extremely inept, by failing to prevent a terror attack, after being shepherded by the FSB, proves why the FBI would have to keep writing their narratives. The problem is, when you come up with a narrative, you have to parrot everyone with the same narrative, and it never works, and inconsistencies in the narrative emerge, further fueling mistrust among the audience.

FBI would have salvaged a lot of their honour, had they simply come forward, and acknowledged their negligence.

It is better to be branded incompetent than be branded a traitor.

Assuming that this was a failure of intelligence (and not some conspiracy theory kinda stuff), it is difficult to conclude that agencies with such vast capabilities and powers as the FBI, CIA would fail at such simple exercises. Maybe it was willful negligence (as the suspect were Chechens).

There will not be a willful negligence, if there was no covert interest in these two radicals. Why would the CIA or FBI turn a blind eye to two potential terrorists? Yes, part of the answer is that they were Chechens, and the rest of the hypothesis is an obvious sequitur.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev's secret Virginia burial upsets locals

Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in a police operation to find the Boston bombing suspects

An Islamic community in the US state of Virginia is said to be in uproar after it emerged a Boston bombing suspect was buried at a nearby rural cemetery.

An imam said local Muslims were upset their loved ones would have to use the same graveyard as that where Tamerlan Tsarnaev was secretly laid to rest.

His body was interred on Thursday after protests at the Massachusetts funeral home where it was kept.

Suspect: Boston bombing was payback for hits on Muslims
From Susan Candiotti, CNN
May 16, 2013 -- Updated 1835 GMT (0235 HKT)

(CNN) -- Boston Marathon bombing victims were collateral damage in a strike meant as payback for U.S. wars in Muslim lands, the surviving suspect wrote in a message scribbled on the boat where he was found hiding, a law enforcement source told CNN Thursday.

In the message, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev also proclaimed that an attack on one Muslim is an attack on all, and said he would not miss older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev -- who died after a firefight with police three days after the bombing -- because he would soon be joining him, according to the source.

The writing on the inside of the boat dovetails with what Dzhokhar, 19, told investigators questioning him in a Boston hospital room shortly after his capture, the source said.

CNN has previously cited U.S. officials in reporting that Dzhokhar said U.S. involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq were motivating factors behind the April 15 attack, which killed three people and wounded 275.

According to authorities, the Tsarnaev brothers fashioned explosive devices from pressure cookers and other materials and detonated them near the finish line of the race.

Three days later, authorities released their images to the public as suspects in the case. Investigators believe they then killed MIT police Officer Sean Collier and hijacked a car before battling authorities in a wild firefight on a Watertown, Massachusetts, street.

Nearly 24 hours later, police found Dzhokhar hiding in the boat after the owner called police to report someone was inside of it.Dzhokhar -- who suffered gunshot wounds to the head, neck, legs and hands -- is being held a federal Bureau of Prisons medical facility in Devens, Massachusetts. He has been charged with using a weapon of mass destruction and could face the death penalty if convicted.

Tamerlan was secretly buried in a rural Virginia cemetery this month following protests from Massachusetts residents and officials against burying him in that state.

Authorities have said they believe the brothers acted alone, but are investigating whether they could have learned from or been aided by terror groups, including groups overseas.

Of particular interest has been Tamerlan's 2012 trip to the semi-autonomous Russian republic of Dagestan, home to numerous Islamic militant groups that have warred against Moscow's rule.

Russian authorities asked U.S. officials to investigate Tamerlan before the trip, saying they believed he was becoming increasingly involved with radical Islam. The FBI investigated, but found no evidence of extremist activity, FBI Director Robert Mueller reiterated Thursday during a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing.

Mueller said Russian authorities told the FBI that Tamerlan and his mother appeared to be "very religious" and that Tamerlan seemed "intent on returning and perhaps participating in jihad, in Russia."

The FBI conducted a thorough investigation and found "no ties to terrorism," Mueller said.

U.S. officials learned after the bombings that Russian officials had intercepted a 2011 phone call between the suspect's mother, living in Dagestan, and one of her sons, in which they reportedly had a vague conversation about jihad, a law enforcement official told CNN earlier.

Some lawmakers, particularly Republicans, have been critical of how law enforcement, intelligence agencies and the administration of President Barack Obama handled the Russian tip.

While Tamerlan and his mother were added to a terror database following the FBI investigation, Tamerlan was allowed to make his Russian trip in 2012, returning six months later.

When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims: Boston bombing suspect

NEW YORK: Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev wrote a note before his capture in which he called the victims "collateral damage" for US action in Afghanistan and Iraq, local media reported on Thursday.

"When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims," Tsarnaev also scribbled on the inside wall of the boat where he hid from police during a massive manhunt in the days after the April 15 blasts, according to CBS News.

The twin explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon killed three people and wounded more than 260.

Citing unnamed sources, CBS News said the note claimed the bombings were payback for US military action in Afghanistan and Iraq and referred to the victims as "collateral damage."

Dzhokhar also said he did not mourn the death of his older brother Tamerlan, killed in a shootout with police, saying he was a martyr, the broadcaster said.

Federal prosecutors have charged Dzhokhar with using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction, as well as the malicious destruction of property by means of deadly explosives.

He faces the death penalty if found guilty.

The case also allegedly involves three young students — two Kazakhs and an Ethiopian-American.

The Kazakhs — Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov — are being held on charges of covering up for the suspected Boston marathon bombers

According to prosecutors, the two went to Dzhokhar's dorm room at the University of Massachusetts — where they were all studying — and took his backpack and laptop and threw them away.

A third friend of the younger Tsarnaev, Robel Phillipos, was accused of lying to investigators after the blasts. He was ordered free on $100,000 bail May 6 as he awaits trial.

A lawyer for Tazhayakov said his client denies the charges against him.

"As far as where the case is going, the government alleges that my client gave consent for another defendant, Kadyrbayev, to enter the dorm room, which somehow created a conspiracy," Arkady Bukh said.

"We are trying to get more evidence in order to intelligently assess the case. At this time, my client is denying any involvement in the crime."

A hearing scheduled for the two Kazakhs was canceled on Tuesday to give the parties more time to prepare.

Florida Man Shot by FBI Was About to Sign Boston Murder Confession: Officials

By MICHELE McPHEE, JAMES GORDON MEEK, PIERRE THOMAS (@PierreTABC) and JOSH MARGOLIN (@JoshMargolin)

May 22, 2013

The man shot dead by an FBI agent in Orlando, Florida early today was "about to sign a statement" admitting to a role, along with Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, in an unsolved triple murder in Massachusetts in 2011, two people with direct knowledge of the case told ABC News.

Ibragim Todashev "just went crazy," and pulled a knife during his interview with the FBI, said state and federal law enforcement officials briefed on the latest strange twist in the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombing.
