Birth Rates

Controlling birth rates is something very hard to do and very important nevertheless. India needs to decrease, the West needs to increase it and China needs to control it.
So what do you think are the main factors controlling it and how can modern countries work accordingly?

The more money you have the less likely yo are to have lot's of children,in rich countries having children compromises your lifestyle.

I mean it can curtail you going out to party, holidays, buying nice designer goods. Very selfish reasons but all true.

I work along side 6 other men ,only 3 of us have kid's ,the others have dog's or cat's.They say it's either they don't wont them or can't afford to have them. That's a lie seeing they earn e.g 60k dollars per year without taking into account there wife's income ,who buy the way all work.
