    As long as it is not directed against Russia, it is good. Ukraine is friendlier with Russia now and Belarus has few friends in the west. Russia could possibly jump in and rope in Kazakhstan and Armenia as well.

    Talk about non-actors. Both these militaries are so broke, it is hardly worth mentioning.
