I am a big big fan of this guy. IIRC, he's from British Special Forces. I used to watch all his episodes, till work cut me off. He is a talent. Eats everything.

It's not talent I think all of the SAS, SBS and other special service personnel can eat anything... there life hangs on their capability to survive not fight...
