Well if you can't understand the teachings of Buddha then it is your failing. We don't even care whether you want to suffer through the sansara for eternity or not.

Gods are not true in the sense of the Abrahamic religions. Gods does not care about the human world according to the Buddhist cosmology. So do not worship them. It is pointless.

Hindus are going to be extinct if the following things continue for afew decades:
1. Uncontrolled gowth of Islam. Polygamy and high fertility rates leading to surge in muslim population. Illegal migration of BDs and Rohingyas add to the numbers and complicate the security situation.
2. Evangelists: Most damage has already been done in the nineties decade. Lot of adivasis, Dalit and NE native popn has already converted to Xtianity. Their objective is to mantain the population rather than increase unlike the Islamists and hence they present a lesser danger in the medium term.
3. Deculturisation/ Left onslaught on the Hindu culture. We have multiple examples of judiciary giving oneside decisions. Directives of NGT, SC on Holi, Diwali, Amarnath, Vaishodevi etc are an enough proof of it. Equally dangerous is the way anything Indian is branded as core Hindu and dissuaded on the name of secularism. We had debates whether Yoga was permitted in Qran or not when the UN itself accepted it without a fuss. Similarly Gita, Mahabharata, Vedas etc are termed religious texts and kept out of reach from a lot of people. While these books are part of curriculum of many business schools in US, UK.
4. Biased History. Our history books are already filled with lies and hide entire episodes. Very less knowledge is imparted abt Cholas, Marathas and other Hindu kings while entire chapters are there on Delhi Sultanate and Mughal empire. Contributions of Bose, Bhagat Singh, KAGK etc in Indian war of independance is given less space while all credit is given to Gandhi and Nehru. And no details of partition and riots and their causes are mentioned.
5. Lack of self respect for Indian history. I have seen our tourism Dept promotes natural features and not places of Historical and cultural importance. Ramayana circuit, Mahabharata circuit, etc could be promoted and ancient history revived.
6. Lack of outward looking perspective. All countries in our neighborhood have already succumed to Islamic onslaught. How come Maldives became an Islamic majority nation. Fiji, Maurtius, Sri Lanka etc have old roots to India. Those need to be researched and revived.
There shld be a proper action plan to rebuild alot of what has been damaged.

Dude, please stop. I am a Hindu but have no faith in any god whatsoever. I rather like the Buddha. And like @HeinzGud said, the gods in dharmic religion are different from Abrahamic God. The dharmic gods are not going to alleviate the sufferings of human beings, so Buddha said please do your own work and escape samsara. Nothing wrong with his message. No need to attack anyone, no need to be fanatical about our gods. Our gods surely don't care about us (they can't even protect their temples when Muslim invaders smashed them to the ground).

You go to Japan and see the Zen masters live a life of insane discipline, or in the forests of Thailand or Laos where monks spend months in forest retreat braving animals, diseases, and make their minds clean and their stomachs hard, or also in the land of our guest @HeinzGud where they will resist jihadis tooth and nail. I suggest this thread needs a clean-up - we are all DHARMIC people who settle their scores with argument and philosophy, not abuse and threats. It's fine as long as followers of nastika ideologies don't interfere with Hindus and keep to themselves. At least they are better than abrahamists. But Sinhalese buddhism has mixed with quasi-christian theosophical ideology in 19-20th c and given rise to what is called protestant buddhism. It combines stupidity of nastika ideology with virulence of christianity. They routinely insult beliefs of Hindus and are only behind Amdedkar variety buddhists in their hate for Hindus.
