Are literaturists less influential today? Because the hobby of book reading now-a-days is decreasing rapidly. In past, people used to read novels, poem, short stories and dramas as entertainment, but now people use TV, computer internet games, movies etc as entertainment. And no matter how good a novel or short story is, if people dont read it then how the message of it can be sent to people?

So dont you think today literaturists are less influential than past?
