He actually said, why is there a Gandhi statue in the (Andhra) Assembly ? It was the Nizam who built this city (and hence only his statue should be there).

Dont know whether this deserved the Sec 121 or Sec 124..But this guy specifically needs to be chastised. He has earlier slapped police officers. fired in the air to disperse govt officials who were demolishing a building and got away with that.

Yes he can be charged with Sec 124a as explanation of the expression "Dissatisfaction" goes like as far as I remember any words spoken to prove disloyalty and enmity,,,,,,,,

Last time YSR, who wanted to be CM, in cahoots with Owassi organised a riot to throw out the Congress CM

And now they want a sequel to throw out the current CM by doing another riot!

first incident will be published in media as some people cooked in bus and accident took place but they thrash like anything if backlash happens,but congress in power main media will be confused how to represent this news

Yeah he is in jail and perhaps he will die there too. And thus the issue will end.
