well, I don't think it is necessory to set up such a advanced cargo railway between CHina and Pakistan in forseeable future ,because there is not enough cargo feight demand at all ..

such special cargo railway is quite fit for ore(coal)-exporting countries such as Australia and Brazil

In fact, Austrialia has imported such railway trains from CHina for its ore/coal cargo railway.

Australia imported the disel locomotives from China not this one, I think disel locomotives are more suitable for Australia due to its low population density and railways are mainly for cargo transport.
