You can disagree, but please do state your points for disagreeing.

India severely lacks a proper infrastructure. This step is in the right direction. It will not only create jobs in UP, but will also attract FDI. Who's benefitting?
The idea to start with Metro project may sound wit flashy but it is a necessity for big cities like Lucknow & Kanpur, what new CM needs to start from the base that is power generation, water, road transport, education & an environment for the safety for the general public & for industries as well. The infrastructure development will attract the FDI & investment from domestic industrial groups as well.

The reform & better management of education system & policing will be crucial to develope trust in UP as a state.

On speeches these things look very grand and promising. In a state where the major cities are reeling under power cuts of 6-8 hours and Goonda Raj is rampant, a Metro or a mono rail should not be the priority of the new CM.
