Its no strange that the number of scams in recent times have taken an uprise , whats the strange part is 5 times the amount is spent on the investigations< eg bofors > which goes on for years and decades , so how do we tacle it and find out a way to make the investigations quicker and effective?

2G scandal for eg is 3000x times in size as compared to Bofors. The important thing is people are sent to the gallows and fear of God be instilled in the minds of people.
