Should we have tested our 'megaton' nukes when we cant guarentee the safety of our fishermen, of all countries, by Maldives...

First the Lankans came, we did nothing, then the Paks came, did nothing and now Maldives....Congos.

If we had set an example by sending one or two Lankan navy boats to the ocean bottom would the rust bucket Maldivian Navy capture any of our fishermen..?

I think this is an political strategy by the Wahabi groups to gain anti-india feelings in Maldives. So it is important how we handle the situation without hurting our rapo there. Congress never had any exiting foreign policy, what they will do is wait and watch for another month.

Some how Indian fisher men have become easy targets for all the surrounding countries, we do need to set a strong example.
