LCA Tejas Winter Trials at Leh

LCA Tejas, the lightweight multi-role combat aircraft of India, has recently conducted latest round of winter trials in Leh, the world’s highest air base. The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) has put out this stunning bunch of photographs of ¬†LCA Tejas in Leh. Its significant that LCA Tejas also completed 2000 flight tests recently.

    The squardon of LCA is somewhere in Sullur down south…then why do LCA-MK1 have to demonstrate flying capabilities in Leh…which superior aircraft like Mig-29 and Su-30MKI finds hard to succeed.

  • every aircraft have to pass through trials. an indian aircraft should be able to fight in hot areas as well as in cold areas because weather conditions of indian borders are very extreme
