Arjun Ammo stores in tight containers behind the loaders, But in Leo the ammo is behind the loader also it is placed in other places..
yeah Kunal sir is right, infact both have different way of storing ammo so that it will not have secondary explosions. I have internal pics of both the tanks ammo storage area, it wont be good to post them on net, if some senior member wants it i can share it.

T-90S protection is far better than T-80, Members given the links in previous posts..
T-80 is 1976 tank, T-90S is 1997.
I should compare up to date tanks in similar periods.

Any ways it does not give the amount required..
And the claim of 840hp is only given by IA and its SOLID!..
Arjun do loss some power but it was specified before, unlike T-90s..
So you claim that Indian army has 840 hp engine instead of 1000 hp.
Can you prove this?

Arjun Ammo stores in tight containers behind the loaders, But in Leo the ammo is behind the loader also it is placed in other places..
The ammo storage in arjune and Leopard 2 are basically similar.

Arjun is not 100% copy as you falsely assumed..
It is not a copy, but it has some drawbacks of Leo-2 which Germans now solved.

Composite Armour of Arjun is much harder in those weak zones..
I suppose you do not have info on this and this is your assumption.

As i said Arjun evolved better than LEOA4 degin, The Deign rectify most errors, But not like Germans with LEOA5..
Arjune has the same shot traps as Leo-2 as the India just copied them, it is evident and it will be probably solved like in case of Leo2A5-6

ERA are good for one shot, But its the main Armour which last longer..
The same goes for composite armor, you may find out how it looks after single shot here - http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/1757/hobxeim1.jpg and - http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/2439/15149962.jpg http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/1802/35551518.jpg
T-90S has both combined and both dynamic armor - it is advantage.

Btw, Do you have any information on Knife ERA ?
Yes, I published several articles about it.

leo2 storage in hull http://s39.radikal.ru/i085/1108/08/85aed9d61000.jpg
in turret - http://s53.radikal.ru/i139/1108/c9/426e80f24345.jpg

I seen this for Arjun and it as I remember similar.
Huge drawback - after 15 rounds of turret ready monition are used the tank should rotate turret to the side to reload turret ready munitions storage- this makes tank very vulnerable.
The access to hull storage in standard turret position IS NOT available.

1. My point is: T-90S is much better protected than T-80 as you posted its not likely..

2. I never claim, U seems dont understand my posts, I said Indian Army in short IA in the forum mention the drawback, Indian t-90s have 1000hp but gives 840 or less in desert as it was not told.. am i clear now !

3. Not so, As you assume its simple copied..

4. I do but something not to be public very much..

5. Follow the point below:

a.
1st pic shows multiple hits on Armour plate on impact, Place a K5, one shot it can deflect not the second, But in case of Main composite Armour plate it can take multiple hits and its true it gradually become weak but not finish like ERA on first hit..

b.
It was a hisbulla of RPG29 tandam Heat warhead which failed to penetrate, But i bet that place can take a RPG-7 hit..

C.
A kornet ATGM shot in Engine Exhaust of Merkava their is not much protection of Armour, Vehicle was disable later recovered..
No point in posting this pic..

Yes, I published several articles about it.
Any Image pls post..

1. What exactly T-80? T-80UD, T-80U, plain T-80?
2. It is not correct, the actual power depends on air temperature, I did explain this.
3. I did not said it is exact copy, but sdome design flows from Leo-2 which i mention are now on Arjune
4
5. The photos show that modern armor arrays on western tanks are also "1 shot". Another point that after the explosion of ERA on T-90S it still has conventional armor array. You clearly see what happened to merkava after hit of cumulative warhead - this areas are completely weakened after 1st shot.

It is not good - will not allow sufficient rate of fire as using the turret storage is much more convinient.
and by the way here on your photo - http://s54.radikal.ru/i144/1108/a5/4be1a44d6e2d.jpg what is this )))

Kunal sir so next time i know where to hit arjun tank, so that it will be made useless, not to forget crew lives at stake.

Israeli tank was hit on its door at the back because they posted so many pics on net and it end up destroyed.

Shiv aroor should be hanged for posting these pic on net.

If you read abt tests you call fakes, In tests T-80 was equipped with K5 penetrated by AP/HEAT where T-90S deign kept that from happening..

2. It is not correct, the actual power depends on air temperature, I did explain this.
I mentioned specifically It didnt preform upto expectation in thar desert as it suppose to do....

3. I did not said it is exact copy, but sdome design flows from Leo-2 which i mention are now on Arjune
Yes they do, But what i am telling you is its is rectified to most extend, Include Ammo storage in turret & Sight placement..

5. The photos show that modern armor arrays on western tanks are also "1 shot". Another point that after the explosion of ERA on T-90S it still has conventional armor array. You clearly see what happened to merkava after hit of cumulative warhead - this areas are completely weakened after 1st shot.
Its weakened not finished like ERA does, Thats why its a dynamic protection..

What era is this ?

Its much more impressive than K5..

Simple many cascades..

@Sir,

Those pics were known long time back so does the deficiency..

Arjun have more than 1 FCS for fight, If MAIN Sight goes off the second comes online..

Also dont post your pics openly..

This is T-72E1 modernization from Ukraine, it has engine that can work at up to 55 celsius without power loss. It also has new armour whith noz in turret but stull old Kontakt on hull.
Don't try to tell me that black is white, I do see that no pronlems whith turret shot traps is solved.
The tests, as I informed are FAKE. If you want I will explain this in future.

It is not good to tell me that arjun has no ammo in turret, in reality it has same stowage as Leo-2 - http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/6593/46994929.jpg as well as blow off panels.
See, i have provided you the pics, U found some cylinderical objects you said " This are ammo ", And i said "NO"

As i said compare both pics, those are not ammo, I doubt looking at those rods coming of put of the ammo !

Look again..

If you still dont believe than wait some time, their will be a pic..
