    Russia's Pyotr Veliky nuclear-powered guided-missile cruiser and Indian Talwar class missile frigate INS Trishul will conduct a joint PASSEX-type naval exercise in the Arabian Sea on Wednesday.

    The more I see Peter the Great cruising all over the world, the more I think it is a good idea to upgrade those two other Kirovs. It is the only ship in the Russian navy that is sea worthy to cruise the Worlds oceans. With no air warfare designs in sight, they don't really have much option.
