Their govt has already tested the pill and said it's safe. Then should be no problem. It will help them fight against terrorism, and the only people who are scared re anti socials and terrorists. Thereby it is in their best interests that they swallow the pill and help the govt fight evil forces out to get them.

Maybe for children they should introduce different flavours like strawerry,chocolate, with cartoons on them.
