There is a possibility, if there is a Nuclear War between India-Pakistan, make no doubt we will throw as much as we can at both Pakistan and China. If we are going down, we are taking all our enemies with us.

Our government and GOI have their own views.Base on their view, our government want a war.LOL

BTW, mesureing earth quake, will tell us a test is success or not. I sure every country knows India have nuke or not. LOL
