What about a Baloch-Sindh Confederacy?

What about a confederacy between a free Balochistan and a free Sindh? Is it feasible?

I think such country can be viable for Balochistan and Sindh are complementary. B-stan have natural resources but lacks economic capital to develop them, in other hand Sindh have an industrial park in its great cities as Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, but lacks the natural resources.

And for India such confederacy could serve as an energy corridor linking India with Iranian gas fields. IPI pipeline would be renamed Iran-Baloch-Sindh-India pipeline.

1. Maybe as much as 40% of Sindhis are actually ethnic Baloch who have been Sindhified but are ancestrally Baloch, which thus enables some of them to participate in Baloch-only tribal jirgas (councils). Even Zardari is an example as he is the head of a Baloch tribe (the Zardari tribe) but a Sindhi leader.

Some of the leaders of Sindhi nationalist movements are actually Balochis living in Sindh and raised there e.g. Abdul Qadir Magsi.

2. I knew a Baloch guy in London who had no problem with a Sindh-Baloch union and regarded the Sindhis in some ways as an extension of the Baloch, not racially or culturally but certain historical, political ties.

Karachi, the biggest city in Sindh was itself a Baloch city called "Kalachi".


3. That Baloch guy was one single figure I personally met and not read any similar sentiments on the internet though and have even read of certain Baloch v Sindhi disputes.


4. Qualitatively the Baloch are a more hard-headed people unlike the Sindhis and will thus continue to fight a war against the Pakistan army, it can arguably be said that their persistence is such that ultimately the Pakistanis/Punjabis will one day just get fed up with this headache and concede Balochistan as one of their previous prime ministers, Gilani, hinted at a few years ago.

5. As for a Baloch-Sindh state connecting India to Iran through one intermediary state rather than two, that is something for Indians themselves to decide if it is better for them or not.

first stage was to create separate Bangladesh which is over.
In second plan, it was to break pakistan and separate Baluchistan.

This plan still remains incomplete because of incompetent leaders of India. Late shree B Raman was upset with this plan not put in action. Next should be Sindh followed by FATA. Our leaders need to show a spine and start working on that. Doval in his lecture said that you do one mumbai and you loose Baluchistan. But we are still awaiting to see any action on this plan.

Sindh culturally is North Indian if you take out Islam, Sindh shoudl either be independent or join India. In a Baloch confederacy they wouldn't really belong even if there are common ties. And as mentioned earlier the Sindhis can't fight back against Porkjabis, they need external help. The Balochis would just be propping them.

Balochistan should either be independent or join Iran (just to keep them happy and on India's side), and Sindh should either become an independent Sindhudesh or join India.

One problem of a free Balochistan is fact of pashtuns be half or even more of province total population. Balochs have a low demographic weight and a free B-stan could to break soon or later in a pashtun state. But if we to add the demographic weight of Sindh, besides this province has a lot of paki Balochs that would be outside their country in case of an alone B-stan, with sindhis the pashtuns would loose demographic weight vis-a-vis the total population of the Baloch-Sindh Confederacy and would there a best political equilibrium between the ethnics groups.
