    Actually not a bad job. All the symptoms highlighted are symptom of extreme stress and not meeting the eyes is also a sign of hiding something. It is a pretty good list of behaviour guide for spotting possible nuisance maker or something more. So profiling or not, I would give good marks for this, because one cannot expect all the security people working to have advance level of intelligence to spot those signs and at least if written down they can be expected to remember the list.

    Actually only the small fishes will get, the big ones are too hardened and motivated to be caught yawning.

    Then it is useful. Every little bit helps. The smaller ones are the ones who normally carry out the actual ops, catching them would at least prevent the immediate attack.
