US is once again returning to the Pacific.

They have taken up facilities for their naval assets in their once abandoned Subic Bay base.

The US appears to be meaning business to counter Chinese hegemonic threats in the Pacific.

China will have to hurry on with their programme to have a suitable blue water Navy.
