Ultimate Japan resolution, what China needs to do

how about leasing some part of China for let say 200 years for Japan, in return they would pay top $$$ for the same, thereafter they will develop that area. That will solve lot of problems.

Well, this kind of idea is noble, and good on paper. But today's nation states are not able to solve basic issues of land disputes, trade agreements, arms deals and all that. Even thinking of such a bold step is impossible, unfortunately. If the idea is even proposed officially, there will be so much tremendous opposition from both sides, that the idea will die a quick death.

when you are high on drugs and have audacity to lease India I can very well do that even if I am perfectly normal .
