    From the link:
A submarine is a vessel which can displace its entire weight. I do not understand why additional weight would be a problem. A more relevant problem would be the characteristics of the added structure in terms of resistance to the flow of water around the sub, and a lot of research has been done in that area. If the cloaking technology adds drag to the hull, it is more important than added weight, it seems to me. But, I did not study physics.:)

I think its depend on the amount of drag it creates that reduce speed of Sub hence reducing its range ?

Though being invisible to sonar is a huge breakthrough..

It won't be long before China also develops the same.

They did it for the Stealth.
