(Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors arrested a Chinese computer programmer on charges he stole software code valued at nearly $10 million from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Bo Zhang, 32, of Queens, New York, worked as a contract programmer at the bank. He was accused of illegally copying software to an external hard drive, according to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. district court in Manhattan.

If the Chinese' story is true, it is a stupid mistake. You don't take anything, that is not yours. But taking seems to be the flavor for many decades for the Chinese. :D

I am pretty sure there are thieves in every country. Nationality got nothing to do with it. Just my 50 cents.
My two cents is an idiom used to preface the tentative stating of one's opinion. When you are a Chinese and you say just my 50 cents, well... :D

Pun intended.
