Now even Turkey is becoming another Pakistan.

Till now we used to tell Pakistanis to become like Turkey.

WTH is wrong with Turkish society?

I know alcohol is prohibited in Islam but I wont be surprised if someone finds proof that Muslim public leaders take a few pegs before making policy statements and decisions. Erdogan's statements towards Pakistan are particularly uniquely mushy. It sounds like a conversation between long lost lovers

You can drink to your heart's content and no one would say anything as long as you pay up.

Turkey as a society has been even more free than here in India where people give you 10 looks even if you go to buy beer.

Erdogan is lucky that Putin is a man of reason.

He would could have pounded the daylights out of Turkey after the plane shootdown and NATO would have just stepped back.

Yet Putin held back.

When I heard that Turkey had shot down a Russian fighter jet, I thought WW3 had arrived.
