All 5 looks good but out of them Soryu class subs definitely we should look at. Our submarine fleet definitely needs increased attention and it would be great if we can get a deal to license build them like Scorpenes. Though I doubt they will like to give us TOT.

Another area is surely their Type 10 MBT. If not the actual tanks but for the technologies that we can incorporate in our own FMBT. But our military relations with Japan being nascent, getting TOT from them will be very hard atleast for the time being.

Too many weapons platforms is going to be a logistics nightmare with the requirement of additional repair facilities, spares, stocking and training of personnel both for operating the equipment as well as its maintenance. It would cost extra billions! I prefer some standardization instead.
