Breakdown of the subsidy please.

How much for local administration and how much for individual improvement and social justice?

Statistics are not what one could do by.

but India has few attracting goods for exchange....except iron ores..

one's Goods for other's goods is called "exchange" or "trade".

one's nothing for other's goods is called "loot" or "robbery".

One's goods for other's nothing is called for "donation" or "aid"...

West is good at "looting" and "robbery"...

China is good at "exchange" or "trade"...

Is Tibet a foreign country that China has to give subsidy. Does the CCP treat all the provinces on the same line.

If it is such a big burden then let it go, if not then stop moaning out here.

I don't think it's merely ethnic based. Normally underdeveloped areas (even within a province) receive fiscal "transfer payment" (subsidies), meaning the developed are assisting the underdeveloped by paying more taxes to erase regional disparities.

An Analysis of the Effect of Transfer Payments on China Income Distribution Differences--《The Theory and Practice of Finance and Economics》2007年02期

That's commonplace worldwide. Even Japan subsidizes underdeveloped Okinawa and Hokkaido.

well, the total population of Tibet autunomous regions is only 2.5 million.

so, a yearly 13 billion+ $ subsidy means that per capital subsidy is about 5000 USD,40K rupees.

It's not that simple maths like $$$ per capita, not distributing money (subsidy) to households. The funds relocated to Tibet from the Central goes to education, medicare, job creation, social security, housing, social security, agri subsidy, infra, industrial dev. fund, etc.etc. like the report says:

教育、卫生、就业和社会保障、保障性住房和公共安全领域的投入达1000亿元以上,投入基本建设资金770亿元、产业发展资金50亿元、涉农资金467亿元、强基惠民活动资金30亿元

India also has tons of poor women and a fairly severe rape/dowry problem. Maybe they could solve it by exporting some women to unmarried Chinese men. I think many poorer Indian girls would be happy with that bargain lol
