The same decks in other photographs look cleaner. There was this earlier debunked impression that our ship decks were a bit odd looking. Turns out that its our photographers who don't do enough paintshop job.

Why we don't get such shots from our carrier, PR of Indian armed forces is seriously lacking, then complaint that young people are not interested in serving. Good PR is instrumental in US armed force popularity.
