NRJ what are the dominant crops grown in Vidarbha and how drought prone is the region?

Vidarbha is not as drought prone as Marathwada. Many places are irrigated. Largest yield is of cotton. And MH Govt is paying in peanuts while buying it. It costs 16,000+ Rs per 2.5-3 quintals & govt is paying barely 3000Rs for it.

Western Pawar lobby is making sick joke of their lives. They are forcing them to turn to crops which require more investment & water. Pushing them for sugarcane so his industrywalla brothers can print money.

Orange is another major agri product here.
