My 10 rupees to the debate:

Pakistan will try to move some terrorists (in thousands) to Somali to show that Somali is the new terrorist "base" and homeland and not Pakistan. More drone attacks will be announced in Somali compared to Pakistan (with American oversight) and the Paki will rejoice that world opinion of them has shifted and they are a moderate Muslim state that shunned extremism. but the punks in Somali will be trained and managed by the Pakis. this would be the evolution from home-grown to overseas-controlled Pakistan Terrorism ability. the Taliban wont go to Afghanistan but to Somali since it would be better on the makeup of Pakistan. the Pakis will say there is the job of converting Africa to be the new Islamic continent. This would be the Pakistan masterplan that they will Pimp to the Saudis and with tact PRC knowledge. Since Pakistna are loosing any relevance and importance and resort to mischievous plans and thoughts.

The more that the Pakis move away from being anti-India the less they loose their relevance. And in 5 years that is the risk. Pakistan will loose their relevance and purpose for their existence. Whereas Somali will become more Islamic.
