Check post #38. The Home Minister stated that Chinese weapons are coming into India.

Lok Sabha is like the Chinese Great Hall of the People. What more proof do you want?
let me help you here

Minister of state for home affairs M Ramachandran replied with a "no" when asked whether the government has received information regarding assistance provided by China to separatist groups involved in large-scale violence that took place in the northeastern states in recent years.

Should I also explain what a Home Minister is?

Edit: And Home Secretary isn't "some" official. That's the top bureaucratic position in the Home Ministry, it is a big deal.
Should I also explain what a Former officer is?

They do not take the responsibility to they words.

Then, why you related Arms trafficking to China? because some arms in made in China?
Because it is the Chinese govt's responsibility to arrest all the Norinco leaders and execute them, as is the norm in China. Hell, they can at least start an official investigation. Nornico supplying arms illegally to acknowledged terrorist groups while the Chinese govt looks the other way is what's the problem here. This is no different from what Pakistan does and you clearly know where's Pakistan's reputation today.

You think there is a single company in China that will go against CCP? You don't know your own country.

Bangladesh executed 14 terrorist leaders for smuggling Chinese made arms from Norinco (named by the judge) while the actual culprits are sitting in Beijing. Bangladesh is a democratic country. They won't simply execute 14 people for no reason.

You obviously did not read what's important.

Northeast insurgents getting arms from China: Govt - The Times of India
"However, there are reports that the insurgent groups operating in the north eastern states of India have been augmenting their armoury by acquiring arms from China and Sino-Myanmar border towns and routing them through Myanmar. There are no confirmed reports to suggest that the insurgent groups are receiving funds from China," he said in a written reply in Lok Sabha.

No, Nornico didn't supply arms to any acknowledged terrorist groups, or even any india. The customer they sold the weapon to is Willy, remember? Unless India security department shows any possible evidence that Nornico got involved DIRECTLY, Chinese gov can't do anything to Norinico since they were selling weapons to a Thai citizen.

This is no different from what Pakistan does and you clearly know where's Pakistan's reputation today.
Oh, please don't get Pakistan involved here. The whole world has different opinion of where is Pakistan's reputation today. From US to France, everyone is selling weapons to them as long as they can pay it with cash.

You think there is a single company in China that will go against CCP? You don't know your own country.
Why CCP should have any will on this? There is no India security staff coming to them with this case. If India security department doesn't bother to ask, why Chinese is bothered to do anything about it?

Still, you have the same problem here: why don't raise the issue to Chinese gov if you have any evidence?

Did you read the links I posted? There is a Supreme Court judge who sentenced 14 people to death for gunrunning and he specifically names Norinco. He also said these weapons are meant to terrorist groups in India. That's plenty of proof.

Yes, there has. First you asked for official govt confirmation about Chinese arms supply to terrorist groups. I gave it, direct from Lok Sabha.

Now, you are asking for direct confirmation about contacting CCP, and I already gave it as well, a former Home Secretary saying they have provided proof of terrorist leaders consorting with Beijing officials.

Still, you have the same problem here: why don't raise the issue to Chinese gov if you have any evidence?
Already done. The Home Minister clarified that the Chinese have denied allegations. That much is obvious.

The judge's words only prove one thing: these weapons were produced by Norinco. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, there has. First you asked for official govt confirmation about Chinese arms supply to terrorist groups. I gave it, direct from Lok Sabha.
No, what I asked is the evidence that Chinese is supporting these insurgence group in India by supplying weapons, just as the CIA did to Afganstan in 1980s. Sellig weapons to international weapon dealers before it ends up in insurgence's hand is different from supporting insurgency by supplying weapon. You should know the difference.

Now, you are asking for direct confirmation about contacting CCP, and I already gave it as well, a former Home Secretary saying they have provided proof of terrorist leaders consorting with Beijing officials.
The only proof your security staff provided is: your insurgence groups are acquiring Chinese weapons by smuggling. That is not the direct confirmation about contacting CCP.

If you really believe that no one or no organization can go against CCP's will, then you know too little about China and CCP.
