Technical request

Hi every one, I have one request. I visited Committees List and the URL link gives the _doPostBack options and not the actual link-backs. so with help of FireBug I extracted a script from that site. can anyone help me to get the links in actual XMLHttp request forms am very confused what to do. I wanted to get RSS feeds from those links for updations. here is the script in text file format.
