Ok, more pics and some sort of my observations.

Side turret armor is not angled, it's no more than ~200-250mm LOS thick and only over crew compartment, turret bustle is only protected against ammo from auto cannons up to 30mm.

Frontal turret armor is ~770-800mm LOS thick (in comparison, M1A1/A2 and CR2 frontal armor turret armor is ~870-900mm LOS thick) and offers good protection values, but there are two gaps in armor protection, big gun mantle and place for GPS (Gunners Primary Sight), of course behind GPS there is multilayer laminate armor but in some angles there is probability that armor can be perforated even by an autocannon.

This turret is an Leopard 2A6HEL an derivaties of Leopard 2A6EX, other very similiar derivatives are Leopard 2A6E and Leopard 2A5S/Strv122.

M1A1SA side turret armor LOS thicknes, based on were are welds placed.

Kunal, why did You just copied my old thread from MP.net?

These are my old observations that were not entirely correct. For example armor thickness. As we know now, Leo2 have armor max ~800-840mm thick at front and ~300mm or more at turret sides over crew compartment.

Challenger 2 have very complex turret armor design, but thickness also will be max approx ~800mm. M1A1/M1A2 will be max at front ~900-960mm and at turret sides approx ~380-400mm thick.

Well in fact, urban survivability kits will and are ending as a normal addon armor kits mounted on tanks in war zone, no matter fighting will end in cities or open fields with insurgents or regular armies.

    Ahh, ok then.

It seems that ERA M32 on turret sides can be reconfigured, as I seen different configuration of cassettes on tanks in Iraq (some of them) and here this one displayed in US is also different.

No, even 30mm will not trigger modern ERA, here is a video showing among others also 4S24 made by NII Stali, it shows that 30mm APDS from BMP-2 is not capable to trigger ERA, it will only make small hole and small not dangerous fire.
